TransUnion UK Summit 2025: Engage and Empower
On 7th of October, TransUnion hosted its UK Summit at Kings Place, London, bringing together leading organisations from Financial Services, Utilities, Government, and Fintech. Aligned to this year’s theme, “Engage and Empower – Building Trust Throughout the Consumer Journey,” the event focused on how trust, data, and innovation are reshaping consumer relationships and driving smarter growth.
Attendees heard from internal experts, external thought leaders, and 13 client speakers across 11 sessions, the most ever delivered at a TU UK Summit. Topics ranged from smarter lending strategies and inclusive risk management to fraud prevention and ethical collections, with every session packed with actionable insights to help shape the future of the industry.
For the first time, the Summit featured seven interactive solution exhibition stands and four immersive activations, offering hands-on experiences with TransUnion’s latest innovations.
The day concluded with a keynote panel featuring Janan Ganesh, Associate Editor at the Financial Times, and Todd Skinner, President of TransUnion International, who explored global shifts, data-driven innovation, and navigating complexity with clarity and confidence.
With strong representation from TransUnion’s global leadership including President & CEO Chris Cartwright, the Summit reinforced the importance of collaboration, adaptability, and putting consumers at the heart of decision-making.
