If you raise a dispute, you’ll be contacted with a dispute reference number and your dispute will be visible on your credit report and show as active until there is either an outcome to the dispute or 28 days have passed. TransUnion will contact you either by email or post when this happens.
If TransUnion has asked you to send further documentation to support your dispute, or to get more information on a dispute outcome, please contact our data disputes team quoting the dispute reference number here.
