If you've identified information on your credit report you believe is incorrect, you'll first need to access your TransUnion Credit Report before raising a dispute with us. You can view your Statutory Credit Report free of charge and select the "Something not right?" option, alongside the information you wish to query.

Include your full name, address and report reference. Postal requests take longer than online. Accessible formats are available on request.
