Why we are collecting your data
 

The information we collect will be used to verify that you are eligible for the materials you have requested, send the materials to you and, unless you opt out, follow up and ask you for feedback. We may also use the information to create high-level statistics about participation, such as the number of people who have accessed the materials.

Our legal basis for processing your data

We rely on a legal basis known as “legitimate interests” for processing personal data. The legitimate interests we are pursuing are:

• Ensuring our materials are used appropriately; and
• Gaining feedback about our materials and making improvements as needed.

How long we'll keep your data
 

We will delete the personal data within five years.

Your rights
 

You have the right to request access to your information, and to ask us to amend it if you think it is incorrect. In some circumstances you have the right to ask us to erase your information, restrict our processing of it, obtain it in a portable format, and object to us using it.
