GMAP Consulting Restructures Automotive Division

GMAP Consulting*, one of the UK's leading suppliers of market intelligence, has announced the restructuring of its automotive department. The automotive division will sit alongside GMAP's existing sector-focused divisions; retail, forecourt, pharmaceutical and financial.

The restructuring of the division has been undertaken to ensure GMAP Consulting responds to the growing needs of its automotive clients, and reflects the importance and significance it places on this sector. This also coincides with the announcement that GMAP has become an approved supplier of DVLA Data, enabling it to develop an even more extensive range of new products and services dedicated to helping all automotive related industries exploit their local markets more effectively and profitably.

Mark Whitton, Automotive Sales Director and John Chesworth, Automotive Business Development Director will head up the new division, which will be responsible for a number of existing clients including manufacturers such as Ford, Mazda Motor Europe, Lexus, Jaguar, Land Rover, Volvo, Cadillac and Corvette Europe, as well as several 'used car' specialists; Marshall Motor Company, Summit Auto Group and the Harrats Group.
