EuroDirect Expands Database Service Under New Appointment

EuroDirect is to expand its existing database build, hosting and management service under the newly launched brand name, Creation Database Solutions, following the appointment of Neal Rimay-Muranyi as Sales Director.

EuroDirect already has a long list of significant clients for whom they have developed critical databases. This list includes Callcredit, the third UK Consumer Credit Reference Agency. Designed with the functionality to load, merge and maintain upwards of 10 milllion records per day feeding a web-based front end 24 x 7, this has become the largest database project operating in the Industry today.

Other major database contracts won in the last quarter include, Shearings Holidays, the coach holiday provider and a financial services organisation, which is yet to be announced.

The expansion of the service is to play a significant role in EuroDirect's overall development and as a result is receiving heavy resourcing and investment. A series of other senior recruitments have already been concluded to resource this new growth drive for EuroDirect.

Neal, who has 15 years of database development experience with clients in the automotive, retail, financial services and FMCG sectors, will head the new service which will offer clients a comprehensive database solution, including:

  • Database design, specification and build
  • Database hosting and maintenance
  • Interrogation tools for fast counts and analysis across the database
  • Client tailored outputs and management reports
  • Marketing intelligence and analysis service through IMPACT Strategies

In addition, EuroDirect provides a number of competitive advantages for its clients, with the provision of a whole portfolio of added value products and services. Wide-ranging datasets are available to enhance databases with lifestyle and consumer geodemographic variables from the Data Exchange, UK Lifestyle, and the CAMEO Classifications. Similarly, consumer profiling and market analysis capability is available through the DemoGraf* suite of software systems.
