Nathalie Nahai

Nathalie Nahai is an international speaker and author of the best-selling book, Webs of Influence: The Psychology of Online Persuasion (Pearson), whose work explores the intersection between persuasive technology, ethics, and the psychology of online behaviour. 

From keynotes to workshops, she teaches businesses how to use behavioural science principles to enhance their website and product design, content marketing and customer experiences. Her clients include Google, PwC, Unilever and Harvard Business Review.


Nathalie also hosts The Hive Podcast and Seeking The Self, and contributes to national publications, TV (BBC, Sky, CNN) and radio (BBC Radio 4) on the impact of technology in our lives.

Jamie Bartlett 

Jamie Bartlett is the author of three books: The People Vs Tech (2018) about data and democracies, Radicals (2017) about political outsiders and the best-selling The Dark Net (2014) about internet subcultures. He founded the Centre for the Analysis of Social Media at the think-tank Demos, where he specialises in online social movements and the impact of technology on society.

Jamie is a regular commentator on national and international media outlets and recently presented the two-part BBC documentary series 'The Secrets of Silicon Valley'. His Ted Talk about the dark net has had over 3 million views.

Melanie Zimmerman

Melanie Zimmerman is Senior Vice President, Innovative Solutions Group for TransUnion’s International business and brings over 19 years of experience designing, building, launching and selling complex data, analytics and technology solutions that address customer critical business issues in marketing, risk and fraud across multiple verticals including financial services, retail, telco and insurance. 

In her current role, Melanie leads product development for TransUnion markets outside the United States, driving growth through the development and execution of comprehensive product strategies that leverage the power of TransUnion’s global IP while embracing regional nuances and requirements.
