The Marketing Solutions sales teams are responsible for promoting an award-winning suite of products and services to a multitude of clients and prospects many of which feature in the FTSE 500. Our product suite includes:

  • Define – TransUnion’s consumer database
  • CAMEO – a segmentation tools for customer & market analysis, profiling & prospect targeting
  • Improve My Data – an online portal for data cleansing and appending
  • Search Engine Optimisation, Pay Per Click advertising, Conversion Rate Optimisation, display advertising, social media, conversion analytics and affiliate marketing
  • Lead generation
  • Domestic and international retail location planning
  • Database hosting 

The Marketing Solutions Division client base includes companies within the utilities, insurance, financial services, retail, telecommunications, automotive and e-commerce sectors. The overall aim of the marketing division is to continue to provide award winning products and solutions in an ever challenging and competitive marketplace by remaining innovative, customer focused and investing in both our products, technology and our people.

Our client facing sales team is continually trained on our range of products through world class sales training and wider learning and development programmes.

Credit Solutions Corporate Sales consists of the following specific teams:

  • Strategic Accounts Team: Work with the major UK retail Banks delivering data and solutions across all their business lines
  • Key Accounts Team: Manage the Credit, Risk and Fraud requirements for major UK Lenders and Financial Services organisations
  • Lending Team: Work with lenders across non-traditional financial services
  • Insurance Team: The team work with insurers and intermediaries across General Insurance, delivering data at point-of-quote to help underwriting and pricing.  Also operate in Life insurance, pensions and investments
  • Collections & Recoveries Team: Provide dedicated front line services to Debt Collection Agencies, Debt Purchasers and Tracing Agents and work with other sales team to provide front line services to all Collections operations across the customer base including The Financial Sector, Utilities, Telco’s , Insurance, etc.
  • Partners, Resellers and Introducers: The team’s aim is to leverage third party channels to market through a network of partner organisations, increasing TransUnion brand visibility within the market place.
  • Public Sector: This team provide solutions to a wide range of Public Sector challenges using a set of business case led propositions; they focus on Local and Regional Government, Social Housing, Central Government and Partnerships.
  • Digital Commerce: Providing credit risk and verification products across Gaming, Vetting, Telco and Alternative Payments 

The Sales teams work very closely with and are very reliant on the work of the Consultants, the Market Development Managers and the Client Management Team in helping to achieve the sales targets and to build successful long term relationships between TransUnion and its clients.
