Collections and Recoveries Team

The Collections and Recoveries (C&R) Business Development Team is a specialist unit within the broader Credit Solutions Sales Division. The role of the C&R team is primarily two-fold:

  • To provide dedicated front line services to Debt Collection Agencies, Debt Purchasers and Tracing Agents.
  • To work with other sales teams to provide front line services to all Collections operations across the customer base including The Financial Sector, Utilities, Teleco’s, Insurance, etc.

Today the team has nine full time Development managers, supported by a team of dedicated Collections Client Managers, Consultants and Analysts, making a “virtual collections family” of 18 people. Our customers range from the biggest banks to the smallest trace specialists and we count every major Debt Collector and Debt Purchaser as a client to one or a number of our products and services.

Our team of Development Managers are drawn from various backgrounds from within the Collections space. These include Operations, Collections Strategy, Legal, Financial Vulnerability, Outsource and Trace. This broad range of knowledge is reflected in the depth of services we provide and why we are acknowledged as a market leader in providing data and consultancy services to the sector.

Our overall goal is to continue to grow our team, provide the best standard of service for all our customers and develop new products and services to meet the demands and challenges of a changing marketplace.
