Chief Executive Officer

Satrajit “Satty” Saha was appointed CEO of TransUnion UK in January 2019, after joining the UK business in August 2018 as Chief Commercial Officer.

Prior to joining TransUnion’s UK-based operation, Satty was Chief Business Officer at TransUnion CIBIL, India, where he was responsible for crafting and executing the go-to-market strategy. Satty regularly advised India’s largest financial institutions on growth and risk challenges facing the industry and worked with them on creating and executing cutting-edge solutions.

Satty has extensive financial services sector expertise and significant international experience. During his career – with close to 20 years in leadership – he has managed large geographies, products and business lines in India and Africa for retail banks and information services companies. Previous roles have included senior management positions with Barclays Africa, Deutsche Bank and Citibank, in areas spanning cards, payments, retail banking, risk, fraud and information services.

Satty has a Bachelor of Engineering (Electronics) from Pune University, India and an MBA from, the Indian Institute of Management.

Outgoing CEO/MD Europe

Mike joined Callcredit in December 2014 and has more than 25 years’ experience in the financial services, data, intelligence and software industry. Under Mike’s stewardship, Callcredit has achieved unbroken double digit revenue growth and has completed a number of strategic acquisitions both in the UK and internationally.

Prior to joining Callcredit Mike was at FICO, where he held a number of senior roles including Vice President of sales, services, and marketing and Vice President and Managing Director for Europe, the Middle East and Africa. During his tenure he also led the Emerging Industries and Technologies business unit.

Earlier in his careers Mike served as a Vice President at Capgemini (formerly Ernst & Young Consulting LLP), where his core competency was providing strategic and operational solutions to banking and insurance providers, and where he led the Insurance Centre of Excellence and Solutions.

Mike has a BS in Industrial Engineering / Operations Research from Northwestern University and an MBA in Finance and Business Economics from The University of Chicago Graduate School of Business.

Mike will be leaving the business at the end of March 2019, but will be acting as an adviser until then to ensure a smooth transition of responsibilities.

Mark Horsey joined TransUnion (formerly Callcredit) in April 2018, and was appointed CFO at the start of 2019. Having previously held executive-level positions at large organisations, Mark’s career has spanned more than 26 years in management roles.

Prior to TransUnion, Mark was Group CFO at customer experience specialists Sabio. He has extensive international experience and previously worked for global companies including Avaya, GL and Dell.

Bob joined Callcredit Information Group in April 2015 from Reed Elsevier, a leading provider of information and solutions for professionals.

Bob brings almost 20 years of experience in senior financial and management roles from Reed Elsevier including serving as CFO of Elsevier Health Sciences. Bob is a Chartered Accountant and began his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers where he spent nine years prior to joining Reed Elsevier.

Bob will be leaving the business at the end of March 2019 and will be working closely with his successor, Mark Horsey, to deliver a smooth handover.

Regional HR Director - UK

As TransUnion’s regional HR Director, Rebecca runs the HR function for the UK-led business, which includes operations in Lithuania and Spain.

Rebecca joined TransUnion (formerly Callcredit) in March 2014 as Head of HR Services & Engagement, becoming part of the executive team in October 2018 as HR Director.

With over 25 years’ experience in HR, Rebecca has extensive expertise in designing and implementing HR strategies and change programmes. Prior to joining the business, Rebecca worked in a variety of industries and held senior HR roles within leading national and international businesses; including over 10 years with Hallmark Cards and just under five years with Green Flag Ltd.

Chief Technology Officer

David joined Callcredit in February 2015 as Chief Technology Officer. In this role he has responsibility for Callcredit’s product and technology strategy, focussed on the development of data and analytic offerings alongside decision and customer experience software. David has 21 years’ experience in advanced analytics and decision management software. Prior to joining Callcredit, David was Vice President of Product Management at FICO leading their decision management and analytics software business.

Chief Risk Officer and General Counsel

Colin joined Callcredit Information Group in May 2016 as Chief Risk Officer and General Counsel. In this role Colin has responsibility for the Group’s Legal, Risk and Compliance, Data Governance and External Affairs teams. Colin qualified as a solicitor in 1992 and has extensive commercial, legal, compliance, risk, government affairs and regulatory experience working in the credit reference industry both in the UK and overseas markets. Prior to joining Callcredit, Colin worked for Experian where he was a member of Experian’s UK&I, EMEA and APAC Executive teams and held various positions most recently UK&I, EMEA and APAC General Counsel.

Steve joined Callcredit in September 2016 and has extensive experience in driving commercial success, customer advocacy and delivering major transformational change. He has worked across multiple sectors including telecoms, financial services, banking, leisure and multichannel retail.

Prior to joining Callcredit, Steve was Chief Information officer at KCOM Group Plc, the specialist communications and IT services provider. He has also held senior roles at Hewlett-Packard, O2 (formerly BT Cellnet), Equifax and Bradford & Bingley.

Steve’s core focus is helping to implement Callcredit’s growth strategy and value creation plan. He is also responsible for ensuring the Group continues to deliver high levels of customer service while further improving the Group’s leading edge operational architecture and technology platforms.

Managing Director – Consumer Markets

Kelli Fielding was appointed to the executive team as Managing Director of Consumer Markets in February 2019, having been with the business since it was founded some 20 years ago.

During her time with TransUnion (formerly Callcredit) Kelli has held a number of senior roles, spanning delivery of data and software solutions for consumer engagement, acquisition, insight and decisioning. She was previously Commercial Director of our Consumer Markets business.

Kelli’s focus is on helping clients to improve customer experiences and to drive value throughout the customer lifecycle; enabling consumers to make smarter financial decisions and protect their identity.
