Satrajit “Satty” Saha

Chief Executive Officer

Satrajit “Satty” Saha was appointed CEO of TransUnion UK in January 2019, after joining the UK business in August 2018 as Chief Commercial Officer.

Prior to joining TransUnion’s UK-based operation, Satty was Chief Business Officer at TransUnion CIBIL, India, where he was responsible for crafting and executing the go-to-market strategy. Satty regularly advised India’s largest financial institutions on growth and risk challenges facing the industry and worked with them on creating and executing cutting-edge solutions.

Satty has extensive financial services sector expertise and significant international experience. During his career – with close to 20 years in leadership – he has managed large geographies, products and business lines in India and Africa for retail banks and information services companies. Previous roles have included senior management positions with Barclays Africa, Deutsche Bank and Citibank, in areas spanning cards, payments, retail banking, risk, fraud and information services.

Satty has a Bachelor of Engineering (Electronics) from Pune University, India and an MBA from, the Indian Institute of Management.

Chief Revenue Officer

David Finch joined TransUnion in April 2019 as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to lead its go-to-market strategy and drive revenue for the UK business.

Prior to this, David was at Experian, where he spent three years as Chief Commercial Officer EMEA and President for South Africa, and was instrumental in the expansion of both emerging and adjacent markets in EMEA.

With over 18 years’ leadership experience – driving and managing businesses across the UK, EMEA, USA and Asia – David is well-positioned to help TransUnion bring the full extent of its global offering to the UK market.

David’s role at TransUnion encompasses leading the go-to-market strategy, overseeing sales and relationship management for clients and supporting CEO Satrajit “Satty” Saha in delivering TransUnion’s plan to grow revenue and market share through both its existing core credit solutions and innovative new products.

Chief Financial Officer

Mark Horsey joined TransUnion in April 2018, and was appointed CFO at the start of 2019. Having previously held executive-level positions at large organisations, Mark’s career has spanned more than 26 years in management roles.

Prior to TransUnion, Mark was Group CFO at customer experience specialists Sabio. He has extensive international experience and previously worked for global companies including Avaya, GL and Dell.

Rebecca Aberdein

Regional HR Director - UK

As TransUnion’s regional HR Director, Rebecca runs the HR function for the UK-led business, which includes operations in Lithuania and Spain.

Rebecca joined TransUnion in March 2014 as Head of HR Services & Engagement, becoming part of the executive team in October 2018 as HR Director.

With over 25 years’ experience in HR, Rebecca has extensive expertise in designing and implementing HR strategies and change programmes. Prior to joining the business, Rebecca worked in a variety of industries and held senior HR roles within leading national and international businesses; including over 10 years with Hallmark Cards and just under five years with Green Flag Ltd.

Chief Risk Officer and General Counsel

Colin joined Callcredit Information Group in May 2016 as Chief Risk Officer and General Counsel. In this role Colin has responsibility for the Group’s Legal, Risk and Compliance, Data Governance and External Affairs teams. Colin qualified as a solicitor in 1992 and has extensive commercial, legal, compliance, risk, government affairs and regulatory experience working in the credit reference industry both in the UK and overseas markets. Prior to joining Callcredit, Colin worked for Experian where he was a member of Experian’s UK&I, EMEA and APAC Executive teams and held various positions most recently UK&I, EMEA and APAC General Counsel.

Chief Operating Officer

Steve joined Callcredit in September 2016 and has extensive experience in driving commercial success, customer advocacy and delivering major transformational change. He has worked across multiple sectors including telecoms, financial services, banking, leisure and multichannel retail.

Prior to joining Callcredit, Steve was Chief Information officer at KCOM Group Plc, the specialist communications and IT services provider. He has also held senior roles at Hewlett-Packard, O2 (formerly BT Cellnet), Equifax and Bradford & Bingley.

Steve’s core focus is helping to implement Callcredit’s growth strategy and value creation plan. He is also responsible for ensuring the Group continues to deliver high levels of customer service while further improving the Group’s leading edge operational architecture and technology platforms.

Kelli Fielding Map

Managing Director – Consumer Markets

Kelli Fielding was appointed to the executive team as Managing Director of Consumer Markets in February 2019, having been with the business since it was founded some 20 years ago.

During her time with TransUnion (formerly Callcredit) Kelli has held a number of senior roles, spanning delivery of data and software solutions for consumer engagement, acquisition, insight and decisioning. She was previously Commercial Director of our Consumer Markets business.

Kelli’s focus is on helping clients to improve customer experiences and to drive value throughout the customer lifecycle; enabling consumers to make smarter financial decisions and protect their identity.

Strategy and Planning Director

Sam joined TransUnion in August 2019 as Strategy and Planning Director, responsible for driving the growth agenda of the UK business, aligned to client needs and market trends.

Prior to joining TransUnion, Sam was at Experian where he spent nearly four years in a similar position across both the UK and EMEA, and played an integral role in articulating the strategic direction of the business.

He has also held senior roles at Jardine Lloyd Thompson and PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP and brings extensive industry expertise, with a career spanning more than 15 years across the UK, Europe and Asia.

Sam is a qualified Chartered Accountant and holds a BA (Hons) Business Administration from the University of Bath.

Shail Deep Map

Shail Deep

Chief Product Officer

Shail Deep joined TransUnion in 2019 as Chief Product Officer. With over 20 years’ experience across retail banking and technology consulting, Shail will be fuelling new product innovation, ensuring robust product quality and delivery, sourcing and incorporating new data assets and delivering valuable analytics insights and solutions.

Previously Shail spent 16 years at HSBC, where she was Global Head of Strategic Partnerships and Innovation for HSBC Retail Banking and Wealth Management. Shail was responsible for developing innovative customer propositions and solutions through strategic partnerships with tech companies globally across retail banking products (cards, loans, mortgages, payments and transaction banking).

Shail has held various leadership roles across cards, payments, risk, fraud, loyalty and proposition development spanning the UK, US, Hong Kong and Malaysia. Prior to HSBC, she worked with Citigroup (India) and i2 technologies (US).

Shail holds a Bachelor of Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.

Chief Information Officer

Having joined TransUnion in October 2014, Ann-Marie Orange was appointed to the UK executive team in September 2019 as Chief Information Officer.

Ann-Marie, who was previously Product Delivery Director, is responsible for directing and leading the IT operations to build, run and oversee all products; providing service and support to customers. She is also accountable for the provision of IT services and supports security management across the UK organisation.

With over 25 years’ experience in IT, Ann-Marie has held senior roles at noteworthy companies, including the FTSE 20-listed Compass Group, where she was Head of IT Business Delivery.

Her areas of expertise include optimising organisation structure and operating models, IT business delivery, product delivery, IT strategy and execution, and setting up governance models to deliver enterprise capability.
